Is a company that provides services in the field of human resources, especially in the field of employment mediation and temporary work.
To this end, it possesses the technical means, competencies and resources that allow the user to access its services. One of these means is this Website, available at https:// www.interwork.sk, the terms of access of which govern these General Conditions of Use.
Article 1- Definitions:
"General Terms of Use or GTC" means the provisions that govern access to and use of the Website and Services.
"Data" means the set of information sent by the User, whether during his visit to the Website or during his registration as a Candidate, as well as all elements received automatically on the Website during the visit, which are used for the purpose of improving the Website.
"Website" means Interwork's website located at URL www.interwork.sk.
"Services" means the services offered by Interwork s.r.o. and its website
"User" means any natural or legal person who visits the website www.interwork.sk
"Candidate": the User who has completed and confirmed the registration form for the Website.
Article 2: Subject matter
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Use are intended to define the terms of use of the Website and the Services available on the Website that Interwork provides to Users, as well as the relations between Interwork and Users.
By each connection to the Website, the User automatically fully and unreservedly agrees to these GTC.
Valid T&Cs are those in force at the time of each User's connection to the Website. Subsequently, the User may familiarize himself with the GTC each time he visits the Website.
These T&Cs may be modified by Interwork as necessary. In this case, the User acknowledges that by using the Website after this change, he automatically accepts the new amended GTC.
2.2. If the User uses the Website on behalf of an entity (e.g.: association, company, foundation), he/she guarantees that he/she will have all the permissions necessary to accept the GTC on behalf of the entity on whose behalf he/she uses the Website. In this case, by visiting the Website, he also accepts these GTC on behalf of the relevant entity.
2.3. Interwork carries out its activities in accordance with ethical rules as well as with constitutional, legal and regulatory principles in the field of non-discrimination. As a result, titles on the Website are referred to in the masculine gender only as generic designations.
Article 3 – Description of the Website:
The Website provides access to various Interwork Services, such as job offers and labour market information.
Access to the Website is free of charge and Users may have access to general information relating to Interwork.
The Website also allows Users who want to become Candidates to register and send a CV to the company, as well as to subscribe to an electronic newsletter with job offers that may be of interest to them.
Article 4 – Sending a service request to companies
The Website allows Users who are looking for employees to contact Interwork about their needs via an online form. Subsequently, Interwork may process the information sent further for the purpose of providing the selected service.
For this purpose, the User must meet the following conditions:
- be a natural person,
- be of legal age,
- be authorised by the company looking for employees to submit the relevant online form.
Otherwise, this request sent through the Interwork Website will not be processed.
Article 5 – Data of a personal nature:
Interwork complies with the legislation applicable to the protection of Users' personal data, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation under the name "GDPR").

The data related to Users that INTERWORK may collect are as follows:
- Data collected during the registration of the Candidate's CV:
The data are as follows: name, surname, email address, CV and all information of a personal or professional nature that it contains. Some of this information is mandatory and marked with an asterisk. If the User does not fill them in, they will not be able to access the Services.
- Data collected when filling out the form for the Services:
The data collected is as follows: Name, surname, company name, position, telephone, contact email address. Some of this information is mandatory and marked with an asterisk. If the user does not fill them in, it will not be possible to submit a form to the Services.

The data collected is as follows: Name, surname, contact email and telephone. Some of this information is mandatory and marked with an asterisk. If the user does not fill them out, it will not be possible to submit the contact form.

5.2. Purposes of data processing:
The processing of this Data is necessary in order for Users to:
- access and use the Website and receive a response to a message sent to Interwork;
- and with respect to Candidate Users:
* use the services provided by Interwork
* register your CV in the database of available Candidates and receive email notifications about job offers.
The information requested and collected on the Website is intended for the purpose of recruiting Candidates. It is intended exclusively for Interwork and for companies interested in the Candidate's profile. Connection data is used for statistical purposes with regard to viewing the pages of the Website and the traffic it generates.
5.3. Data retention period:
The Data of the Users is stored by Interwork for the period necessary to provide the requested services, either by the Candidate or by the company
5.4. Users' rights in the field of data:
Each user has the right to access, portability, rectification and deletion of their Data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free circulation of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Article 6 – Representations and obligations of the user:
6.1. By accessing the Website, the User agrees that:
- Knows the principles that apply to the functioning of the Internet and accepts its characteristics and limitations;
- Acknowledges that Interwork cannot exercise any control over the substance and characteristics of the data available on the Internet and that, consequently, Interwork cannot assume any liability arising directly or indirectly from such data;
- He is aware that the data available on the Internet cannot be completely protected against possible misuse, which implies that any communication is carried out at the risk borne by the User. However, Interwork implements appropriate technical measures designed to protect the data from any accidental loss or from unauthorized access or dissemination. The Internet is an open environment and Interwork cannot guarantee that this data will not be accessed by unauthorized third parties;
- He is aware that viruses may circulate on the Internet and, consequently, acknowledges that it is his duty to take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of the data stored on his devices and, finally, the User undertakes not to store documents containing viruses;
By using the Website, the User assumes the risks relating to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information.
6.2. When the User provides, stores, sends information (e.g. information about the User, his or her CV, etc.) to Interwork and other Users and partners, the User undertakes that the following elements and information:
- Will not contravene or violate applicable rules and laws;
- They will not contain viruses or programs that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or damage it,
- They do not violate the rights of third parties,
- They will not be deceptive, inaccurate or fraudulent,
- They do not contain defamatory, disgraceful, offensive elements of racial or ethnic discrimination that could undermine respect for the human person and his or her dignity as well as the protection of minorities,
- They do not undermine Interwork's image.
6.3. The User guarantees Interwork that it will not face third-party lawsuits and their possible financial consequences with regard to the use of the Website by the User or in the event of a violation of the GTC or the applicable provisions by the User.
6.4. The User must ensure compliance with the functioning of the Website and the technical measures used to ensure the security of the Website and access to the Website. For this purpose, the User shall not use devices or software that could alter, impair or damage the functioning of the Services and the Website.
Any violation of this obligation will be subject to both civil and criminal sanctions.
Article 7 – Access to the Website:
Interwork endeavours to enable uninterrupted access to the Website, except in situations caused by Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, fires, water damage, interruptions in the telecommunications network or electrical network, as well as in the event of any malfunctions and interventions resulting from the maintenance or adjustment of the Website, and these interruptions do not give rise to the User's right to compensation.
At the same time, the User agrees that Interwork may be forced to suspend the operation of the Website and Services at any time, without prior notice.
Interwork's liability will not be inferred in the event of inability to access the Website and/or use the Services, and Users waive the possibility of making a claim in this regard.

Interwork will not be responsible for the content of these sites that it does not edit, and the user understands that these sites and third-party partner services are completely independent of Interwork. A suggested redirect to a third-party site does not constitute a recommendation, and Interwork is in no way responsible for the editorial content proposed on said sites.
Article 10 – Intellectual property:
10.1. General Provisions:
A website is a complete system. The information contained on it is intended exclusively for personal use and may not be copied in part or in full, sent to third parties for any purpose. The set of data (texts, sounds or images) contained on the pages of the Website are the exclusive property of Interwork.
Any copying, sending or distribution for non-personal purposes, whether in whole or in part, of the content of this website on any medium or in any form is prohibited.

Interwork does not guarantee that the employer or client will propose an appointment or employ the User, nor will it want the User to be available or to meet the needs of the employer or client.
The User is informed that Interwork will provide all information that will enable or facilitate the identification of any person who violates the legislation or the rights of Interwork or a third party at the request of the competent authority or judicial institution, such as IP addresses and time of connection.
In the event that Interwork's liability is reviewed in court as a result of the User's failure to comply with the Terms, Interwork will be able to turn to the User. The User acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the use of the Website, the information and the Services available through the Website.
